Cockatoo Island

We were commissioned to investigate the re-use of two buildings on Cockatoo Island to align with The Harbour Foreshores Authority’s Masterplan for the island.

Our clients wished to develop unique food and beverage offer. In collaboration with our client we prepared an extensive feasibility submission for authority approval for the operation of the site as The Cockatoo Island Brewing Company with ground floor pub and fining dining upstairs.
