The new office space provided opportunity

to reflect the corporation’s vision, while allowing its operations to be consolidated. The fit-out process enabled the Client to further improve corporate activities while also contributing to a staff culture in which people felt valued & were proud to work.

The consultation process through workshop and office interviews developed the design brief with in depth workplace evaluation and storage auditing. Gaining a clear understanding of “front and back of house” formal and informal areas was instrumental to a successful new open-plan office environment.

The result is an open-plan office environment which successfully provides the opportunity for operations to be streamlined by more efficient space utilization, within tight program and on budget.
