The aim was to provide a new front of house reception and meeting area to a leading broadcasting company reflecting their global position. The design created a new open plan work environment for existing departments with staged works without interrupting staff productivity.

By identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the current layout; a design concept evolved with a new open plan cafe, meeting and reception area with product display.

The result was the successful build of new fit out in existing premises over Christmas break - no downtime to company productivity. This met the reasonably limited budget geared to the client’s building owner contribution and the need to work within an occupied space.
