The brief required meeting areas that would permit all scales of gatherings from 2-4 people to presentations for 200 for launches of new ventures were key to the space planning. Highly flexible spaces were developed allowing workgroups to be set apart to reflect business groups whilst sharing the same space.

The result was the integration of warehouse architecture with planning solutions has successfully delineated private and public spaces. Alternative meeting spaces included external terraces, outdoor covered decks, and informal open plan areas with flexible configurations. The new office space takes advantage of the warehouse architecture and harbourside location of the new studios.
